·          The client is not allowed to transfer the licensed subscription of the NetaBank service, wholly or partially, except where explicitly mentioned in these conditions. The " NetaBank service" is a private property and a trade secret, and its patent title is owned by National Societe Generale Bank.

·          The licensed subscription under the NetaBank service is exclusively made to the client requesting it and who is authorized to use it, and shall not be transferable under any circumstances. And it is not authorized and is entirely forbidden to copy or photograph the written documents/user guides given with the client’s subscription

·          Dealing with this service is through the identification of a user name and password which is designated by the client exclusively. The  subscriber is committed not to disclose his/her password to any of his/her personnel, friends, relatives, or any of NSGB staff whatever be the reasons, and undertakes to maintain it confidential and not to let others know it, otherwise, he/she shall be held fully responsible. In case the password was lost, the client must inform the bank at once in writing so that NSGB can terminate the provided service, pending the change of the password by the client.

·          The client undertakes to pay every effort and care in using the service so as to protect the service from any unauthorized use, otherwise the client shall take all types of responsibility towards NSGB.

·          The client shall pay subscription and usage fees as set in the application form, in addition to call fees and any other costs resulted from service use. The client shall also have to pay all types of taxes related to the utilization of this service.

·          From now on, the client acknowledges that his/her daily usage of the service signifies the acknowledgment of the accuracy of his/her accounts and dealings with the Bank regularly.

·          In case the service is canceled or suspended for any reason whatsoever, and likewise in case an attachment is served against the client's accounts held by the Bank, or his/her bankruptcy or insolvency is declared by a ruling court and in all cases where there is any legal preventive factor that prevents the client from acting on his accounts, the client shall not use the service and undertakes not to use it whatever be the reasons, otherwise, the Bank shall not be held responsible for that in any aspect and howsoever.

·          The Bank may add any new services or modify any existing services, and the client will be informed of the conditions thereof in due time. The Bank may also cancel any of the currently available services or modify them so as to suit the circumstances of operating this service, without any need for a prior approval from the client, for note or notice, or any other legal procedure.

·          NSGB shall debit the charges of the service directly and automatically from the client's charge account specified in the application, including all expenses, commissions, and any other associated charges without note or notice or prior advice to the client and without any other procedure. If the account balance was not sufficient, the account will be overdrawn. And in case of canceling the service by the customer, NSGB shall not refund the fees.

·          The Bank has the right to suspend the delivery of this service to the client or terminate the client's subscription to the system in case of any violation by the client to any of these terms and conditions, or in cases where the Bank deems it necessary to take such procedure, without any need for note or notice or any other legal procedure, and without prejudice to any other rights whatsoever the Bank may have against the client.

·          The Bank presents the service of NetaBank without any guarantee whatsoever, whether explicitly or implicitly.
