Difficulty getting my graphs and charts on the knol

I have tried to copy and paste my article into the Knol format, but in doing so, I have lost all my charts and graphs. Next, I tried to use the browse and upload function, but for some reason, I can't upload from word doc. The message states an "unsupported" format.

Can someone please who is more familiar with the process, please assist me. You can reach me at: <afnariman@gmail.com>. Thank you.
