An invoice is a document which a seller or service provider issues to  his customer. The invoice includes the basic information about the transaction - date, names of seller and buyer, the products, the price and payment terms. the  invoice indicates the buyer must pay the seller, and is also important for accounting and tax purposes.
 
 
 
Where can I find an Invoice template?
Before the computer and internet age, sellers printed invoice ledgers. Today this is not necessary, as you can use either invoice producing software or a downloadable invoice template were you simply fill out the blanks.
A simple search on Google will provide you with a countless number of websites which provide invoice templates or invoice software.  Here are two examples:

Create an invoice yourself
You can also create an invoice form on your own. All you have to do is write the form on your PC, leave blank spaces for the transaction details, and print It.
Her are the sections that need to appear on the invoice form you prepare:

1. Invoice header
A. Your business information: business name, address, email, phone number and business registration number.
B. Title: The word "bill" or 'invoice" should appear on top of the form.
C. Invoice number: every invoice must have a serial number.
D. Invoice issue date.
E. Customer name and address.

2. Invoice Body
A. Goods or services: a description of the services or goods your supplying - including quantity, price per unit and total sum for individual goods.
B.Total sum: add up the total payment for all goods or services.

A. Payment terms (not necessary) and any additional relevant information, such as feel is delivery instructions or return policy.
