I arrived in Paris in 2006 and started ParisByTrain.com in May of 2008. This site began with an email to a Paris based friend explaining how to travel from Montparnasse to Fontainebleau which opened my eyes to the confusion. The site now helps visitors with travel in and around Paris on trains, Metro, RER with maps, schedules and step-by-step guides on popular routes such as CDG Airport to Paris and Paris to Euro Disney.
As a returning fan of Apple computers (my first was an Apple II c+ from 1985) I started InstallingCats.com. After buying a Macbook Pro I started blogging the fixes and tweaks I performed on my own Mac in order to help others.
