Craig "Meathead" Goldwyn has served as the wine critic of the Chicago Tribune and the Washington Post, taught wine at Cornell University, directed AOL's Food & Drink Network for nine years, and founded the Beverage Testing Institute, the World Wine Championships, World Beer Championships, and World Spirits Championships. He is a contributing Editor for Restaurant Hospitality magazine and writes a column for the Huffington Post.
He is a Kansas City Barbeque Association Certified BBQ Judge, and author of http://AmazingRibs.com. He has been an instructor at Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago, Chief Judge of the Kickoff Riboff at the College Football Hall of Fame, and Chief Judge of the Finger Lakes International Wine Competition.
He has a Masters of Fine Art from the Art Institute of Chicago, his photos have appeared in numerous publications, and his fine art prints are included in several important collections. His hobby is raising puppies for Leader Dogs for the Blind http://leaderdog.org.
