My Son's Creation

I was cooking up some braciole the other night and I had some leftover. For lunch, my 16 year old son took it and put it on a bun. It was pretty good. I had BBQ on my mind and this tasted very close to southern BBQ. Although braciole is from the flank steak, I was struck by how much it tasted like BBQ!
