Firefox is well loved by search marketers because of how it can be pimped out with plugins useful for SEO and SEM efforts. This page is designed to let everyone create a master list of wonderful plugins.

Groowe: This toolbar lets you query the major search engines and imitates the main features on their own toolbars.

SearchStatus: Provides access to Alexa ratings, Googe PageRank score, backlink look-ups, nofollow highlighting and much, much more.

Web Developer Toolbar
: Turn off CSS, JavaScript and other page formatting features when trying to diagnose SEO issues.

User Agent Switcher
: Change the agent reported by your browser, useful if you want to pretend to be a search spider.

Live HTTP Headers: See what header information is being sent as you browse.

SEO Tools For Firefox: Puts backlink and other information right into search results from Google & Yahoo plus more.

SEO For Firefox Is A Must

If someone is unsure of which of the above to install and use on FF, go with SEO For Firefox. It has all you need.

Great Compiling Danny

I have to second the Webdeveloper Tool bar as it allows you to really dissect a website. I want to also say thanks for introducing me to the Groowe toolbar, it saves a lot of room on my ever growing tool bar.

Love the Idea, and the List.

Especially that so many other professionals are adding their own lists as well.

I'm glad to see that a relative newbie like myself is using quite a few of the tools, but you've given me a lot of homework to check out the others...
Just one thing - I agree with John Cothill about SEOQuake rather than SEO for Firefox. I couldn't work without it.

Anyway, I've just blogged about your list, so spreading the word.

Link Analysis Tool for Firefox

Joost De Valk's Link Analysis Tool for Firefox rocks! It quickly displays PageRank and Anchor Text for backlinks in Google Webmaster Tools, Yahoo! Site Explorer and Microsoft's Webmaster Portal.

Another SEO Tool....

I wrote about another SEO tool for Firefox. It is a Stylish style that highlights nofollow links.

You can read it here:
http://linkbuildingbible.com/2008/06/10/how-to-easily-spot-nofollow-links/

Basically... there's two reasons for using that over Search Status or other similar plugins:
1) You can make the nofollow highlight color and text effects you want using CSS
2) It correctly renders the rel="external nofollow" as a nofollow link, where Search Status DOES NOT do this.

SEO for FireFox

Just a personal preference, but I use SEOQuake (http://www.seoquake.com/?sln=en) over SEO for Firefox, plus it can also be used on IE... ... if anyone actually uses IE anymore that is.
