I am a licensed clinical social worker employeed at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. I have worked with thousands of patients over the last 22 years. I provide mental health therapy in an outpatient community psychiatry program. Prior to this work I was the Director of a residential crisis program.

I am an avid gardener. My Knol writing strategy is to write about the things I enjoy. My goal is to fully document all I do in the garden with the hope of providing information that helps other achieve a successful garden.

Mental health is something that can be managed. How you chose to manage it is up to you. I hope you find my Knols, related to my field of work, helpful in the way of making a decision to improve the quality of your life.
