Father's Rights

Father's Rights is a civil rights movement created to provide better parenting and equal access by fathers to their children.


The Fathers' rights movement is an humanitarian, civil rights movement, whose members are active in a variety of issues affecting both fathers and children relating to family law. This would include equal access, child support and custody usually after a divorce takes place. Fathers 4 Justice, established in the UK and with offices today in the US, Canada, Italy and Israel, was the first high profile organization demanding equal parenting time for fathers and illustrating the negative effects of gender bias discrimination.
