• I am the CEO of Colorado Health Insurance Shoppers, a regular contributor and a moderator on the Colorado Health Insurance Insider, and the primary moderator on the Colorado Health Insurance Wiki.  At Insurance Shoppers, my specialty is individual health insurance and HSA qualified policies.  I enjoy educating people about the health insurance industry in a way that is not complicated sounding because most people aren't familiar with all of the terms.  They usually don't know what some of the terms like coinsurance mean, or they get them confused with other terms like copay.
• On the Colorado Health Insurance Insider, I moderate comments and write articles about the Colorado health insurance industry and the health care industry nationwide.
• On the Colorado Health Insurance Wiki, I manage edits made by visitors and help educate them on how to edit if they don't understand.  The wiki has become a neat tool on www.healthinsurancecolorado.net as people are starting to gain interest in sharing their knowledge and opinions or asking questions without having to create an account or login.  I think the wiki page on the Colorado Health Insurance Wiki with the most potential is "Designing the perfect health care system," but the overall favorites so far (from traffic numbers) are the health insurance glossary and the HSA banks page - where banks that provide Health Savings Accounts to go along with HSA qualified plans can update their interest rates, fees, and benefits.
