Steaks are extremely popular for a cut of meat especially with all the steak houses out there. It kind of makes sense, steak is an amazing treat to eat! Many people however are confused about how to cook steaks and often overcook or undercook them. These are some popular recipes and they also explain how to prepare the meat as well. 1. Carne Asada

Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
Preparation Instructions: Mix juices, garlic, onion, tequila, Tabasco and pepper in a bowl. Add meat and marinate both sides. Cover and refrigerate, turning meat over occasionally. Let sit for 4 hours or more. Preheat grill. Place a few drops of water on each tortilla, stack and wrap in aluminum foil. Place on grill. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Ingredients:
Preparation Instructions: Place pepper corns in mortar and pestle, coarsely crush until most of the corns are broken (you can use a coffee grinder or food processor for this step). - 12 sundried tomatoes
- 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
