I've been wrangling servers (and customers) for a feisty little ISP here in Seattle for the last 11 years. We started out as a tiny four person Linux shop and grew steadily until becoming the second largest independent ISP in the Pacific Northwest. In that time I've managed to learn a staggering amount of (nearly) useful information (U.I.) which I'll be sharing here on Knol, since they'll revoke my Monk Card and kick me out of the Monastery if I try to share it there. Now, from high-atop the Meet-Me Room of the Westin I kick, curse and bleed over the systems that make the Internet such an amazing place to waste time.
