Hockey Puck Boxes
These hockey puck boxes are great stocking stuffers. They also generate a lot of interest from little boys when shown at craft fairs! Because they're so easy to make, and economical too, they make great craft projects for children to make for themselves. One word of caution, however. Be ready to clean up the spills of black paint!Supplies

| Box painted and lined with red felt |
1. Paint your box inside and out with black craft paint. Provide as many coats as needed to completely cover box. Allow to dry thoroughly.
2. Place your box on plain paper and trace a circle the same size as the box. Cut this out. Using this circle as a template, cut two circles from red felt.
3. Glue the red felt circles to the inside of the box lid and to the inside of the box bottom.
4. Glue the skate to the top of the box, lying flat, or to the side of the rim so it extends upwards over the top. Refer to picture above.
5. Add hockey stickers are desired.
