Review des Knols "Freie Marktwirtschaft und Ökologie" Dieser von Professor emeritus Klaus Rohde geschriebene Knol prüft, wie neuere Entwicklungen in der Ökologie unsere Ansichten über Gleichgewicht in ökologischen Systemen verändert haben, und ob dies auf die Ökonomie angewandt werden kann. Der Autor legt Argumente für Wirtschaftspolitiker vor, besonders in kleinen Entwicklungsländern, in denen er einige, die freie Marktwirtschaft stützende Annahmen in Frage stellt. Klaus Rohde weist darauf hin, dass Ricardos, zur Rechtfertigung des freien Handels entwickelte Prinzip des komparativen Vorteils auf unrealistischen Annahmen beruht. Weiterhin werden diese Annahmen nicht durch Befunde in der Parallelwelt der Ökologie gestützt: Gleichgewichte in der Natur sind nicht so häufig wie oft angenommen. In diesem Artikel beruft sich der Autor auf seine ökologischen Veröffentlichungen und die anderer, sowie auf wichtige Texte über Ökonomie und internationalen Handel. Klaus Rohde bezieht sich auf Paul Krugman, dessen Ergebisse die absolute Anwendbarkeit von Ricardos Prinzip bezüglich des freien Handels ebenfalls in Frage stellen. Der Autor schliesst, das eine sorgfältige Analyse lokaler Bedingungen für Entschlüsse über den Vorteil freien Handels oft nützlich sein kann, besonders in den Beziehungen einer mächtigen mit einer kleinen sich entwickelnden Nation. Mein Gesamteindruck ist, dass der Autor überzeugend in einem leicht verständlichen, gut strukturierten und zusammenhängenden Rahmen argumentiert. Ich fand die Liste der Definitionen besonders wertvoll zum Verständnis seines Argumentes. Zusammenfassend glaube ich, dass der Autor in ausreichender Tiefe die Stellung begründet, dass wir die “klassischen” Annahmen über die Vorteile des freien Handels anfechten sollten, besonders im Lichte neuerer Befunde über ähnliche Annahmen der Gleichgewichtsökologie. Der Autor lädt diejenigen, die mehr wollen, ein, Kommentare und Gegenargumente in diesem und in verwandten Knols zu bringen (siehe auch seine Publikationen in seinem bio). This knol, written by Professor emeritus Klaus Rohde, ‘examines how recent findings on ecology have changed our views on equilibrium in ecological systems, and whether these findings can be applied to economics’ . The author presents a line of reasoning for economic policy makers, particularly in small developing nations, to question some of the basic assumptions underpinning the argument for free market economics, which the author contends are flawed. Klaus Rohde is keen to point out that Ricardo’s principle of comparative advantage, that was developed as a justification for free trade, is based on assumptions that are unrealistic in the modern world. Furthermore, these assumptions are not supported by findings in the parallel world of ecology, which have identified that ‘equilibrium conditions in nature are not as common as usually assumed’. In this article, the author has relied on his and others' published research in the field of ecology, as well as significant texts relating to economics and international trade. Klaus Rohde refers to Paul Krugman, whose results also put the absolute application of Ricardo's principle in relation to the benefits of free trade in doubt. The author concludes that “a careful analysis of local conditions permitting a decision on the benefits of free trade may often be useful, in particular when a powerful nation deals with a small developing one” My overall impression is that the author has progressed the argument in a persuasive way while utilising an understandable, well-structured, and coherent approach. I found the list of definitions of particular value in understanding his argument. In summary, I believe that the author has explained in sufficient depth, the position that we should challenge the “classical” assumptions concerning the benefits of free trade, particularly in the light of more recent findings made about similar assumptions supporting the concept of equilibrium in ecology. The concept here is to write two separate Knols, each in their own language, but then creating a dual-language Knol as a summary point. The three summaries we have included here are (1) Abstract (2) Word Cloud (3) Review ... you could substitute these for your own ideas. Also break up the Knol into sections with other media relevant to both languages as the separator.
