The city of Palm Springs is a very friendly operation for those relocating into Palm Springs as a resident or as a business and they our elected and paid officials are here to help you through every step of the process. The local residents are here as well very friendly and helpful because we all including Logic know how relocating can be a scary time for anyone especially when arriving into a small city like Palm Springs and not knowing anyone at first. This of course changes right away once you smile at a resident and express a happy hello.
The city does have a redevelopment department that is ran by some local businesses including Viper Logic where Logic works here Email Marketing and Advanced Technology Engineering

Palm Springs Weather
Palm Springs is located in the California Desert so we experience drastic weather highs during the summer and near freezing temperatures during the winters reminding us all that this is a natural desert and to keep us reminded this is a natural desert that if not kept up would return to its original natural ways in a very short time.
We experience during the summer August a monsoon type storm where the water falls heavy for a few hours floods the valley floor fast and provides flash floods effecting entire desert basin then as fast as these floods come they dry up and are gone leaving us with little reminder with dirt, sand and plants like tumble weeds washed across the streets and yards of the Coachella Valley. Then there are the gail force winds that come north from Mexico towards the San Gorgonio Pass really a feeling of powerless comes over a resident who experiences these continuous winds that can last for long hours.
Because we live nestled up against the sharply descending 10,834 foot San Jacinto Mountains we experience tornado like micro bursts of wind energy that spin down these steep mountain sides that tare roofs off of structures, knocks down retainer walls and snaps power poles like pixie sticks.
