This knol will explore how to organize and coordinate the knol knoledge.
Currently, I go to the knol home page and all I see is chaos. There's a search capability and a random listing of existing knols. If I want to learn about a subject (let's say, how to make money on the web) all I can do is put that search term into the search engine. Obviously, what needs to come up is the OVERVIEW of how to make money on the web, with connections to all relevant articles. SO ..... what knols need is a way to connect the dots - a way to help authors with information relevant to how to make money on the web place reference to their article on one central index of how to make money on the web. We need to do that soon and often or what we'll have is fragmentation!
If knowledge is to make sense, Knol authors must spend as much time connecting knowledge as they spend writing knowledge units. An unconnected unit of knowledge is a knowledge FRAGMENT!
Please add to it. Please help connect the dots.
