Lisa Murray is a peak performance strategist for small businesses. Her business and passion is helping people to effortlessly overcome their limitations and challenges. She specializes in helping small business owners create the life and business of their dreams through the use of fast, simple and effective techniques which encompass wellbeing, mindset, management, marketing and business strategies. Lisa was blessed with three generations of business owners on each side of her family and she made her first profit when she was 8, selling rock candy to her school friends. She continued with various entrepreneurial ideas until she completed a marketing undergraduate degree. A love of shopping ensured Lisa spent the first 10 years of her working life as a retail marketer for shopping centres. During this time, Lisa developed some very innovative services which are now commonplace in many Australian shopping centres. She also spent a lot of time training retailers to provide great customer service, to analyze their business objectively, and to effectively promote and market their products and services. The results must have been good, because there wasn’t much left in her pay each week!! In the interests of an early and comfortable retirement, Lisa changed careers and enjoyed time as a marketing communications and business consultant. She then took a big leap into the unknown, working in the healthcare and higher education sectors. It was interesting and meaningful work, but didn’t really provide the freedom, flexibility and fast results that working with small businesses does! Realizing she was in danger of losing the creativity and enthusiasm which had kept her happy over the years, Lisa completed an MBA (with concentrations in entrepreneurship and leadership). She is now following in her family footsteps and has become an entrepreneur… Lisa offers personal coaching sessions, workshops and seminars. She has a strong interest in personal development as it relates to small business success and is a published author. Lisa's latest book is co-authored with Wayne Dyer, Jack Canfield (from The Secret), Mark Victor Hansen and Neale Donald Walsch!
