If U are beginner in PHP or Want to start learning , you may as your self this question 

What do i need to run PHP ?

You need :- 
  • Server like appache
  • PHP
  • Mysql

On Windows You can download all of them in one single package called (WAMP)
WAMP stands for : Windows Appache MYSQL PHP 
to download last version of wamp click this link :

(20mb)

=> You have another way as you can install one by one php then mysql then appache

Maybe little information, but great links to learn install php, apache and mysql!

And something more about WAMP, there is also XAMMP and Appserv. ( Maybe fun to search it up ;) )

Think about is that you can use: http://php.net/ function name as an searcher for functions.
