Dr. Terrault an Associate Professor of Medicine and Director of Viral Hepatitis Research in Liver Transplantation at the University of California San Francisco. Her research focuses of how to reduce the risks and complications of chronic liver disease and how to best treat patients with chronic hepatitis B and C. She is a clinical investigator participating in multiple studies of new antiviral therapies in patients with chronic hepatitis.
