Born into a Gujarati family in Mahuva, Gujarat on May 21, 1983, Prashant finished his schooling in Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul- Bhavnagar, Sheth M N High School- Mahuva and Shree R K Homeschool- Bhavnagar. He graduated with a degree in Information Technology Engineering in the year 2004 from Shantilal Shah Engineering College, (Bhavnagar University).

Being an entrepreneur is the idea storming in his mind during his studies only. He opted for the business not to achieve personal luxuries only but to work and utilize the earned financial resources for under privileged. On 21^st may 2004, before completion of his graduation he founded Indies and started working on it. He also worked as a Visiting faculty at Engineering college for initial 4 months where he taught Information and Data Security, Artificial Intelligence, and Database Management Systems.

At 25, Prashant is now an established business professional in India. He loves reading, movies, traveling, horse riding, and playing flute. He is a dynamic and magnetic personality with positive attitude towards life and Romantic nature with “One Woman Only” ethic.
