Technology Manager and Consultant


I'm the technology manager for the Workforce and Community Development (WCD) division of St. Louis Community College. I am also the Project Architect for the College's GEMS project, which is designed to unify information technology services and deploy a number of key new technologies throughout the district.

Workforce and Community Development is a comprehensive service of St. Louis Community College responding to the needs of St. Louis’ business, civic, and community-based organizations. We serve the community beyond the traditional college setting.

I have over 25 years experience in IT consulting, design, deployment, training and business performance improvement solutions. My background includes Windows and Netware servers, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server/Services, SharePoint Portal server, Exchange email, IIS and various web technologies, website development and optimization, SEO, database reporting, Microsoft and Adobe desktop applications (Office, Outlook, FrontPage, Acrobat, Connect, etc), film and digital photography, digital image scanning and editing, server and desktop hardware, instructional design and training development, multimedia/eLearning, and infrastructure design and deployment.

The Downtown Education Center is a Microsoft Certified Solution Provider (MCSP) and Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS) offering Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) and customized IT training solutions.
