I have a degree in Science and Technology at Quilmes National University (Diplomado en Ciencia y Tecnologia) and I spend most of my time writing python programs to solve bioinformatics problems. Currently I am assisting on the sequencing of the mitochondrial tomato DNA at INTA (National Institute of Agriculture of Argentina) and writing a book called "Python for Bioinformatics".
My main interest are: Python programming, bioinformatics, open source software advocacy, science, skepticism and learning new things.
I am a proud member of:
Biopython: A collection of Python tools for computational molecular biology.
