Who is Shawn Connelly

Hi, I'm Shawn. I'm a 30-something media professional by occupation and live in southern Illinois with my wife, Erin, and our son, Owen. We also share our space with a considerably large cat named Timmers. I have been passionate about craft and specialty beer for the better part of 15 years. I've spent a considerable amount of time (and money) researching and sampling some of the world's great beers and I enjoy sharing my experiences with the world on the net. I manage a website dedicated to the appreciation of fine lagers, ales and specialty beers - www.beerphilosopher.com.
