Hi, I'm a veterinarian that has been in private practice seeing cats exclusively for over 18 years. I graduated from The University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and have degrees in music and education also. I have been involved in cat rescue efforts all my life. I am the founder of Purrfectly Yours Adoption Center, established in 1991, and responsible for finding homes for, vaccinating, and neutering thousands of homeless cats. I have been writing, editing, and publishing in various fields for over 30 years. My current passion is my website where I answer questions about cats from readers all over the world.
