Stephen R Brown

Stephen R. Brown has been a professional photographer and writer for twenty-five years. His photography and educational articles can be seen at srbphoto.com. His most recent endeavor is a book entitled "WWII Memorial: Jewel of the Mall". In support of the book, he publishes a blog on the WWII Memorial and works with veterans groups like Honor Flight, Women in Military Service and the Military Order of the Purple Heart to ensure vets get copies of the book at reduced rates. He also is a GSA certified and works with large corporations to produce advertising and corporate portraiture.


Stephen R. Brown has been a professional photographer and writer for twenty-five years. His images and articles on photography have appeared in Smithsonian, Life, Newsweek, Time, Fortune, the New York Times, Natonal Geographic Books, Broadcasting & Cable, American Photo, Photo Techniques, etc. His work been exhibited in solo shows here and abroad and in "Indelible Images: 100 Years of War Photography" and "Odyssey: 100 Years of NGS Photography," both of which were initiated at the Corcoran Gallery of Art and traveled around the world.  His work is available at srbphoto.com and the book is available at www.wwii memorialbook.com  There is an accompanying blog at wwiimemorial.typepad.com .
