I have worked in and around the real estate, home building, mortgage markets for 20 years now.  The last 10 years I have been primarily focused on Northwest Indiana which we affectionately call "The Region."

Blogging added another layer to an already busy schedule, and brought consulting back into the picture with corporate clients hiring me to assist in a myriad of special projects:  business development, growth planning, strategic and personnel planning, using social and online communities to handle press and marketing information, SEO, and economic development for communities.

I try to post daily, using Google Reader to search for topics and themes that are interesting to me, and then may therefore be also interesting to my readers.  The goal?  To start conversations, to brainstorm online, to create win-win brand new relationships.
