I started out my project attempting to research why my dog fears people . . .

and somehow I ended up spending 15 minutes on Chicago hot dogs. What a great page! I've made note of his ratings for the best hot dogs, and copied the very precise recipe for an authentic Chicago hot dog. Well written and entertaining.
