Conservapedia
Conservapedia is a conservative alternative to Wikipedia, created by Andrew Schlafly, a conservative and ex-Wikipedia contributor. Schlafly felt that Wikipedia was too liberal and anti-Christian, so decided to found his own Wikipedia, which would present only conservative viewpoints. The Conservapedia's purpose seems to be to push a conservative viewpoint, educate homeschooled students, and provide a place for conservatives to have their own "Wikipedia".
Bias
Bias in the Conservapedia is obvious, not only from it's title. Only political or religious topics are covered with any depth. Pages such as McCain's page begin with little real information about the candidate, simply diving right into positive reviews of the candidate. As a contrast, Obama's page begins with almost no information about the candidate, starting out right away without any seperation with criticism of the candidate. Other pages, such as Atheism or Islam, present only criticism and little balanced or real information.
